We are a hardy group of year round swimmers, We meet @ 8.45am to "sign on"

 In Summer we have 30m,50m,100m races Sundays only
 In Winter we have 30m,50m,100m relay
Early morning swimmers Monday to Friday meet @ 6.30am 7.00am 7.30am
To the Island and Back 750m approx send an email or ring Ian on 0414384800 depends on numbers !


In Winter we have a 30m Ice breaker race followed by a relay, then back at the clubhouse for a "cup a soup or Coffee" as well as a hot shower.

 Every 2 months we have a sausage sizzle to get to know new members.

We are located on the terrace between the Public Dining Room and the Balmoral beach Cafe.
